We believe in the power of ingenuity to build a positive human future.

This idea unites and inspires us as we partner with passionate, forward-thinking leaders. We combine innovative thinking and breakthrough technologies, delivering end-to-end innovation. We know diversity provides our strength, so we enable our people’s growth through the variety of work we do – valuing both technical capability and breadth of experience. Most importantly, we’ve built an inclusive culture where everyone can bring their whole selves to work.

At Newton, we do consulting differently.

We believe even the best organisations can be better. We go in side-by-side with our clients, observing production lines, listening to shop floor workers, gathering hard evidence and data. We work as a team to devise operational solutions which are clear to understand, easy to implement, and genuinely meaningful. We don’t leave until we get the results our clients seek. We believe so strongly in our ability to create a lasting impact that we guarantee our fees against it.
